Melanocytic nevi
Melanocytic nevi, commonly known as “moles,” are very common benign skin tumors found in most people. They appear during the first decade of life and increase in number until the age of 35–40; after that age, they begin to regress. Children and the elderly tend to have few nevi. The number depends on genetic predisposition and sun exposure, which stimulates the appearance of nevi. Below you can see cases treated by dermatologist Didac Barco.
