To schedule a dermatology consultation via video call (via Zoom), please fill out this form.

After you make the payment, the doctor will contact you (at the email address you provided) within seven business days. If the consultation does not take place, we will refund the amount to the same card you used to pay for the service.

• Fill in the blanks with the information for THE MINOR PATIENT, not for the guardian or parent.
• We cannot guarantee a response within seven business days: if you have a question that requires a response sooner, please contact an emergency service.
  
• Try to avoid posting selfies. If the images are blurry, they cannot be evaluated.
• Dr. Villarroel does not accept any health insurance. If you have reimbursement-based health insurance, it must be international so that she can reimburse you the percentage specified in your policy.
